In-Person Reiki Session

Service Description

In-person Reiki offers a fully held session in a shared space. We begin with a conversation about what you are bringing into the session, followed by time to receive Reiki while you rest comfortably on the treatment table, and space at the end to reflect on anything you noticed. The full session is 75 minutes and is designed to give you room to slow down, rest, and reconnect with yourself. Reiki is offered with light touch or with hands just above the body, based on your comfort and consent.
