Cancellation/Refund Policy
Your session time is held specifically for you. To respect the time and preparation that goes into each session, the following policy applies to all bookings.
Cancellations and Rescheduling

24 hours or more notice: You may cancel or reschedule at no charge. Your deposit will be applied to your rescheduled session or refunded if you choose to cancel.

Less than 24 hours notice: A late cancellation fee of 50% of the session fee will be charged. For package clients, the session will be forfeited from your package.

No-show (no notice, failure to attend): The full session fee will be charged. For package clients, the session will be forfeited from your package.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
To cancel or reschedule your session, please use the link in your confirmation email or contact hello@gemsoulhealing.com. Cancellation requests received by email are timestamped upon receipt.
Package Sessions
Package sessions (The Root and The Restoration) must be used within the following timeframes from the date of purchase:

The Root (3 sessions): sessions must be used within 90 days of purchase

The Restoration (6 sessions): sessions must be used within 180 days of purchase
Package sessions that are not used within the specified timeframe will be forfeited without refund. Extensions may be granted at the sole discretion of Gem Soul Healing in exceptional circumstances. Please contact hello@gemsoulhealing.com if you require an extension.
Sound Healing Events
Cancellation terms for sound healing events are confirmed individually at the time of booking and will be included in your event agreement.
Emergencies and Exceptional Circumstances
I understand that genuine emergencies happen. If you experience an unexpected emergency, please reach out as soon as possible at hello@gemsoulhealing.com and we can discuss your options. Late cancellation fees may be waived at my discretion in exceptional circumstances.
Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or for no-shows. Refunds for cancellations made with 24 or more hours notice will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.
