Booking Policy

Thank you for choosing to work with Gem Soul Healing. The following booking policy applies to all sessions and services offered through gemsoulhealing.com.

 

How to Book

All Reiki sessions and herbal consultations are booked through the online booking system at gemsoulhealing.com. Sessions are confirmed upon receipt of your deposit payment. You will receive a confirmation email with your appointment details and any preparation notes relevant to your session.

 

Payment

Gem Soul Healing accepts payment through Wix Payments. The following payment structure applies to all bookings:

  • Single sessions: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due at the start of your session.

  • Packages (The Root and The Restoration): A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due at your first session.

  • Herbal consultations: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due at the start of your consultation.

  • Sound healing events: Pricing and payment terms are confirmed individually upon inquiry. A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

All payments are processed securely. Gem Soul Healing does not store payment card information.

 

Session Confirmation

Your session is confirmed once we receive payment and you receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours of booking, please contact hello@gemsoulhealing.com.

For in-person sessions, your confirmation email will include the session address and any parking or transit information.

 

Zoom and Virtual Sessions

Distance Reiki sessions and herbal consultations are held via Zoom. A Zoom link will be included in your confirmation email. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it. You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection for virtual sessions.

 

Preparation

For distance Reiki sessions, you will receive a brief intake form prior to your appointment. Please complete this before your session so I can best prepare to support you. For in-person sessions, arrival instructions and location details will be provided in your confirmation email.
